National Women's Health Week

This week is National Women's Health Month. We empower our mother's to make their health a priority with a focus on wellness of body, mind and spirit through proper healthcare, education and therapy. Our staff encourages young mothers to make decisions that reflect the best for themselves and the best interests for their children. Mother's have access to nutrition and creative cooking classes; excercise classes including Zumba and yoga; and individual and group therapy.
